The word used most often in blog posts and social profiles on the net is "Random". This was confirmed by a survey carried out in late November, 2005 by me.

Random random.
Random nothings.
It's when we're too lazy to be organized, to take the trouble to categorize our thoughts, posts, pics, etc.
